Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to The Best Cleaning Service, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our
residential and commercial cleaning services. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree,
please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, which include but are not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet
cleaning, and specialized cleaning as requested. Specific services will be detailed in your service agreement or booking
confirmation.
3. Booking and Scheduling
– 3.1 Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will provide a time window for our arrival.
– 3.2 We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the scheduled time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
– 3.3 Cancellations must be made at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe
may result in a cancellation fee of $50.
4. Payment Terms
– 4.1 Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and after-pay.
– 4.2 Invoices not paid within 15 days are subject to a late fee of $25.
– 4.3 We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on the scope of work and any additional services requested.
5. Responsibilities and Access
– 5.1 Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a rescheduling fee
or cancellation of the service.
– 5.2 It is the client’s responsibility to secure valuables and fragile items. We are not liable for any damage to items left unsecured or
for items that are not disclosed to us.
6. Quality and Satisfaction
– 6.1 We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of
completion, and we will address your concerns.
– 6.2 Re-cleaning requests made after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges.
7. Liability
– 7.1 We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of our services, except where such damage or loss is caused
by our negligence or willful misconduct.
– 7.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
8. Health and Safety
– 8.1 Clients must inform us of any health or safety hazards present on the premises.
– 8.2 We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that the premises pose a risk to our staff’s health or safety.
9. Confidentiality
– 9.1 We will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information obtained during the course of our service.
– 9.2 We will not disclose such information to third parties unless required by law.
10. Modifications to Terms
– 10.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will take
effect immediately upon posting.
11. Termination
– 11.1 Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ notice. In the event of termination, payment for services
rendered up to the termination date will be due.
12. Governing Law
– 12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the
courts of Clark County, NV.
